Verifying a credential. If you're checking whether a specific credential is real and current, you don't need to contact Oliu™. Credential verification happens in seconds, by scanning the QR code the holder shows from their Oliu™ Wallet. Verification runs against the Oliu™ trust registry; no human involvement is needed.
Disputing a credential. If you believe a credential was issued in error, contact the issuing organization directly — not Oliu™. The credentialing authority that issued the credential is the only party with the decision-making authority to update, revoke, or reissue it. Oliu™ carries the credential but does not decide who earned it.
Support for credentials issued by specific organizations. If you're having trouble with a credential issued by a specific organization (a training provider, a regulator, or a professional body), contact that organization directly. Oliu™'s wallet support handles wallet-level issues; credential-level issues are the issuing organization's to resolve.
